Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Valderrama produces its Extra Virgin Olive Oils at the optimum olive ripping point in its two olive mills located in Cordoba y Toledo. Valderrama uses an exclusive cold extraction system at 19ºC, which makes it possible to turn the fruit into such a precious juice in just 45 minutes. Such temperature reduces the amount of oil obtained but enhances its quality enormously. The outcome is an unusually aromatically rich oil with extraordinary mildness.
