Offers and Prices

All product offers on this WEB site are only for Spain. Promotions shall only apply to online orders during such special price period. WEB site prices are expressed in Euros (taxes included). Prices shall not include delivery or shipment costs (See Delivery section for further information) and they may be subject to changes along the year. Therefore, invoices shall be issued according to the prices in force at the time of entering the order. Products shall remain the property of Aceite de Oliva Valderrama S.L, as long as they are not fully paid off. 

You are welcome to learn about product features by clicking product pictures. A description of the product will be displayed next to the picture of your choice. 

Prohibition to sell outside our distribution website 

Our products shall only be sold by our distribution networks. Therefore, any sell, purchase or delivery of our products for the purposes of reselling or gifting outside our website is completely prohibited.  

The Order

You must accept the following general conditions of sale when placing your order. You must also state that you are of legal age, as well as having sufficient legal capacity to enter into agreements.

These are the steps to place an order:

If you are ready to pay, please click “your cart/tu carrito”, and then proceed as follows.

If you have an account with us, please enter you email and password. In case this is your first purchase, please click “Create an account/Crear una cuenta”, then enter your data on the following window displayed and click “validate/validar”. You will receive an email confirming your account.

When you confirm your order by clicking «Buy now/ Comprar ahora», you are accepting such order and its acceptance shall be necessary for the order to be properly placed pursuant to these terms and conditions. It is at this moment that you order is being processed by our customer service team in order to be delivered to you. As soon as your order is registered, an email will be sent to you detailing the order, the amount and the delivery terms. 

You agree that our order recording systems may be taken as evidence of the existence of a contract and its date. Aceites Valderrama reserves its rights to cancel a placed order completely, or to only allow credit card payment to those default customers or customers involved in any kind of lawsuit caused by previous orders or by any other legal reasons derived from irregular orders. 

Means of payment

Payment of orders placed on the web can only be paid in Euros. Aceites Valderrama offers customers the following means of payment:

• Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard).
• PayPal

Payment by credit card is absolutely safe. The whole transaction shall be encoded through a bank validation server using a SSL encrypting protocol (it is an encrypting technology whose acronym stands for «Secure Socket Layer»). Therefore, on line payments are completely safe (Payments should be made like this) 

Product delivery

Order delivery, in the whole Spanish territory, shall be carried out through the means, terms and limitations as follows. At your request, the order shall be delivered to the address stated within a 5 to 6 working-day period (Monday to Friday) from the date the order was confirmed. This service is not available for shipments to Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla.

Right of withdrawal

If the product delivered does not live up to your expectations, you could exercise your right of withdrawal within a 14 calendar-day period from the moment that you, or a third-party authorised by you, receives the delivery.  

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall notify such decision in writing (for example, via email, letter or text). You may use the following withdrawal form for the purposes of speeding up the process, although it is not compulsory to do it so:

We hereby confirm that we have received your request and we shall proceed to refund the amount paid via paypal or bank transfer with a 14 calendar-day period from the date the withdrawal request was received, as long as the product has been returned.

Exercising the right of withdrawal shall imply refunding the price of returned products and the initial delivery costs. However, customers must pay the costs of returning the products.

For health or hygiene purposes, and pursuant to regulations in force, you could not exercise the right of withdrawal of products whose seal was removed after having been delivered.   

Liability

The products commercialized comply with the Spanish legislation in force. 

Aceites Valderrama shall not be liable for not delivering the product due to force majeure reasons, unforeseeable circumstances, strikes, either at the same entity, in the sector or general or promoted by mail post, transportation and/or communications workers. Aceites Valderrama shall not be liable for the indirect damages, benefits or opportunities derived from the aforementioned events. Aceites Valderrama reminds you that pursuant to the Civil Code, non-emancipated minors do not have legal capacity to enter into agreements. Orders for minors shall be placed by those people having the parental rights or tutelage. In case of an intentional processing of the personal data of the minor, his/her parents or tutors could exercise their right to oppose to their processing or storage.  

Hypertext links can direct you to other web sites. Aceites Valderrama disclaims any liability in case the content of the same is against the legislation and regulations in force.   

Likewise, Aceites Valderrama states that the generation of hypertext links to the hosting site of this website or any other website is subject to the expressed and prior agreement with Aceites Valderrama in writing.

Intellectual and Industrial Property 

Pursuant to the Intellectual and Industrial Property legislation in force, Aceites Valderrama has all the rights related to the logos, trademarks, images, drawings, products, etc., stated on the WEB. Surfing the WEB does not grant any right of transfer over its content. Therefore any unauthorised reproduction or use is expressly prohibited. 

Any illegal use shall be considered fraudulent and, therefore, it shall be prosecuted pursuant to the legislation in force, except if it has been previously authorised by Aceites Valderrama in writing.

Modification of general terms and conditions of sale

Aceites Valderrama reserves any right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale herein at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale shall be made available to customers on the website and shall be only applicable to sales taken place after such modification.

Jurisdiction and potential disputes  

Services provided on the website and the terms and conditions of use herein are pursuant to the Spanish legislation. Any dispute derived from the services provided herein shall be resolved before the consumption arbitration tribunals, mediators or similar, whom Aceites Valderrama is adhered to when the dispute takes place, as well as before the corresponding courthouses and tribunals pursuant to the Spanish legislation. 

The European Commission enables an online platform for dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to be used to file claims related to online agreements.
