Valderrama would like to retain its presence on all of the international markets. And that is why it could not turn down a place at the highly renowned Summer Fancy Food event. It takes place in June and is the most important exhibition of gourmet products and the largest on the East Coast of the United States.

This is the summer edition of the contest that has been organised by the United States National Association for the Specialty Food Trade. The West Coast annually celebrates its twin fair – Winter Fancy Food.

The American agrifood market meets the demands of over 300 million consumers and generates revenues of around 1.3 billion dollars. There is also a targeted and growing demand for Spanish produce and Spain itself as a brand, not only in terms of more tradditional products but also other more innovative and specialty products. The most important geographic areas for gourmet products in the US are the North-East and the West Coast, with New York being the main market for imported products within the United States.
