Special Olive Oil to fry
Extra Virgin Oil with a mild taste produced in cold temperature from three olive varieties and filtered Perfect to fry at medium temperatures, from 160ºC. You can obtain a high quality fried product with a milder taste and a better digestion than a lower quality oil. The performance of this oil frying at lower temperature is much better than other ones, either seeds or refined olive, for both quality and digestion.
